Current Idents

 

CBBC became CBBC and CBeebies on the 11th February 2002 after a two weeks advertising campaign for both channels. The two new channels had a re-vamp which was carried onto CBBC on ONE and CBBC on TWO which was designed by Lambie-Nairn. Along with this came some 6+ new presenters and new programmes. The new CBBC website and CBeebies website also became bigger and better.

IDENTS

Although originally, any ident was used on any channel in June 2002 CBBC on TWO only used the purple background idents.

CBBC on ONE now generally use red and the channel uses blue, but sometimes don't stick to that.

This ident has three versions (the music is slightly different). This is the end ident. The bugs fight whilst the screen breaks-up and then goes into the end animation.

The bugs dance to music before forming into what is now used as another ident. This ident starts off with one bug and then it keeps multiplying until the CBBC logo Bug pops up. The end "Sea of Bugs" is used on plasmas within each studio with the appropriate channel colour background (explained above).
